Rooms In Leeds is owned and managed by Paul Pavlou. Paul has been a professional landlord for over eight years and specialises in letting houses to young professionals on a shared basis. All of Paul's properties are very well maintained and Paul is an accredited landlord under the Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme.

The rent charged is inclusive of all bills and all houses are equipped with wireless broadband. All are fully furnished and have easy access to the city centre.

All Gas appliances are checked at least every 12 months by a CORGI registered engineer. Other measures include a mains inter-linked Fire Alarm, Fire doors, Fire extinguishers and a Fire blankets. The electrical appliances and circuitry are also tested regularly.

Becoming accredited by the Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme involves Leeds Council Environmental Health Department carrying out in depth property inspections at your properties. They require very high standards in terms of Health & Safety aswell as comfort.
